Shipping Policy

At CircuitNest, we’re committed to getting your tech products to you quickly and safely.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
You can use it to track your package directly with the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

CircuitNest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier first, then email us at support@circuitnest.com so we can assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll work with you to resolve it as fast as possible.
